I can't say enough great things about my experiences with Complete Home Comfort. They have been servicing my HVAC system for quite some time, they consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a true commitment to quality work. We got to work with CHC via Pearl Edison for our dual heat pump project (one dedicated to upstairs with mini-splits, one that serves a more traditional A/C type function) that expanded to include a furnace swap (so it would play nicely with the heat pump).

We had a really great experience with Ethan – he was punctual, personable, respected the property (shoe covers, uses equipment that minimizes mess even when drilling through plaster and brick, and cleaned up really well), and communicated effectively. The finished work is clean, tidy, and professional.

He took the time to educate us on our new equipment, advised on some trade-offs between a platform-native thermostat vs. 3rd party smart options, and gave advice on cost-effective filter sourcing.

Our new system is working great! We've worked with a few other contractors this year on other things, and they could really learn from Ethan's example in professionalism!

Ethan was a hero for us. After we had a nightmare encounter with another HVAC contractor who won't be named, we called him on a strong recommendation from the real estate agent that helped us buy our property. Ethan did a full diagnosis of our commercial HVAC unit, and listed out a few small parts that needed to be replaced. When it was clear that we wouldn't be able to get the OEM versions of these parts for several days, Ethan brainstormed on acceptable short-term replacements that would get our system going immediately. This type of problem solving is rare to find in Pittsburgh contractors. We'll absolutely be leaning on Ethan and his team in the future for all our HVAC needs.

10/10 would recommend. Had Ethan at Complete Home Comfort do a whole house system for me (heat pump, back-up furnace, full duct work) and not only did he complete it in a timely manner, but his pricing was more than reasonable; not to mention the work was flawless. Will always choose CHC in the future.

Ethan and the team were nothing but complete professionals. Not only did they complete a thorough check on all of my systems, Ethan also made it a point to come back super quick to repair the one problem that he found. Just in time too, it's getting cold in the 'burgh!

Wish there were more stars up there. You have an exceptional employee! I called Ethan at 10am about my boiler. He returned call and came to the house by 1:30, after another job across town. Diagnosed, explained the problem, put in parts, adjusted heat—done by 3:30.

If you are looking for an honest heating and cooling technician that knows his stuff, look no further. In my many years of home ownership I have come across many technicians. Ethan from CHC is by far one of the best. Honest—check, fair price—check, all about customer service—check.
