Working with Ethan was straight forward and easy from the start. He installed our new heat pump and got city inspection done for it. Him and his crew were wonderful all around and already to schedule with too. Would definitely hire again for future needs!

Ethan was outstanding. He was the ONLY HVAC contractor to do a Manual J calculation. Everyone else went by rules of thumb or their "years of experience " and they were all wrong. Ethan and his crew were prompt, neat, and meticulous throughout the install process.

Ethan and his team did a fantastic job replacing our heat pump. They were professional and completed the job in one day. They took the time to explain the new system and made sure we were able to operate the system before they left.

Ethan did a wonderful job from figuring out why there was a multi-year problem with the water heater to determining how to solve it to doing all of that work plus making other improvements in a very timely and organized way. I wish that I had met him a few years ago! That said, the system is perfect now. I would give Ethan and his company Complete Home Comfort Solutions 100 stars if possible!

Ethan did an outstanding job installing a brand new dual fuel HVAC system in my property. The space was tight and not the easiest to work in, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. He removed the old unit and completed the full install in a single day.

The system runs extremely quietly and has been working flawlessly. The dual fuel setup with heat pump and gas backup has already made a noticeable difference in efficiency and overall comfort.

We got to work with CHC via Pearl Edison for our dual heat pump project (one dedicated to upstairs with mini-splits, one that serves a more traditional A/C type function) that expanded to include a furnace swap (so it would play nicely with the heat pump).

We had a really great experience with Ethan - he was punctual, personable, respected the property (shoe covers, uses equipment that minimizes mess even when drilling through plaster and brick, and cleaned up really well), and communicated effectively. The finished work is clean, tidy, and professional.

He took the time to educate us on our new equipment, advised on some trade-offs between a platform-native thermostat vs. 3rd party smart options, and gave advice on cost-effective filter sourcing.

Our new system is working great! We've worked with a few other contractors this year on other things, and they could really learn from Ethan's example in professionalism!

If you are looking for an honest heating and cooling technician that knows his stuff, look no further. In my many years of home ownership I have come across many technician. Ethan from CHC is by far one of the best. Honest- check, fair price - check, all about customer service-check. I had 3 large "reputable" companies look at my furnace, $120-$200 each service call, ALL told me I needed a new $6500 furnace. Ethan came in, fixed the problem, for under $500. Do yourself a favor, call Ethan. Don't keep scrolling. You will be happy.

Ethan as a hero for us. After we had a nightmare encounter with another HVAC contractor who won't be named, we called him on a strong recommendation from the real estate agent that helped us buy our priority. Ethan did a full diagnosis of our commercial HVAC unit, and listed out a few small parts that needed to be replaced. When it was clear that we wouldn't be able to get the OEM versions of these parts for several days, Ethan brainstormed on acceptable short-term replacements that would get our system going immediately. This type of problem solving is rare to find in Pittsburgh contractors. We'll absolutely be leaning on Ethan and his team in the future for all our HVAC needs.
